High-Speed Transmission Module for Fast Installation

The LUTZE Cat6A jack module is designed with the user in mind. The jack module allows data transmission between the field and control cabinet to be performed quickly and safely. The simplified wiring process does not require any tools. In addition, pluggable PROFINET or Ethernet connections can be made in just a few simple steps up to 30% quicker than conventional jack modules. Thanks to the narrow housing width of 18 mm without side covers, several jack modules can be installed side by side on a DIN rail to save space making it suitable for tight spaces in control cabinets or field installations. A 13 mm x 13 mm label for identification is included.

The 8-pole jack module has a transfer rate of 10 Gigabit Ethernet and is compatible with Power over Ethernet Plus (PoE+). The module provides excellent shield termination and permanent strain relief for cables up to 9 mm in diameter and with conductor size of AWG 26 to AWG 22. The gold-plated contacts have a maximum rated current of 1 A per contact and are designed for over 750 insertion cycles. The LUTZE Cat6A jack module meets flammability rating V0 as per UL 94 and has an operating temperature range of - 40 °C to + 70 °C. When disconnected, the transparent folding lid protects the RJ45 contacts from debris according to IP20.
