LCOS CC Ethernet/IP Gateway for Industrial Networks

LUTZE Inc is expanding its existing LCOS CC gateway product series with an Ethernet/IP gateway for communication connectivity in industrial fieldbus networks. These gateways are compatible with the LOCC-Box Net and LCOS CCI load monitoring devices by LUTZE to communicate with various field bus devices in industrial Ethernet networks.

Not only is LCOS CC Ethernet/IP gateway well suited for new machine builds but it is ideal for retrofitting and modernizing existing machinery to be part of a fieldbus connected network. In such cases retrofitting is performed only in one location; inside the control cabinet and not in multiple decentralized locations on the plant floor.

The communication capabilities of the Ethernet/IP gateway offer a powerful full-featured connectivity solution that is robust, reliable and easy to integrate into fieldbus applications. The gateway communication capabilities make LOCC-Box Net ideal for remote locations and hard to access applications. Further network capabilities are enhanced by LOCC-Pads software offering customized parameter settings, analyses and remote diagnostics.

• LCOS CC Ethernet/IP gateway (part# 778000.1701) is designed to be used together with the matching DIN rail mountable function carrier (part# 780770.575.1)
• Up to 80 LOCC-Box Net modules can be connected to the gateway

Additional LCOS CC gateway protocols include PROFINET-IO and EtherCAT to accommodate a wider variety of fieldbus connectivity.
